Scott Ripley is a the Senior Economic Analyst with Elliott D. Pollack and Company. Mr. Ripley possesses exceptional research and analytical skills relating to demographic, general economic, and real estate issues. Mr. Ripley is also proficient with GIS and maintenance of the Company's Mapinfo system.

More specifically, Mr. Ripley has experience in working with economic and fiscal impact models relating to commercial operations and master planned residential communities. He has completed a number of analyses projecting demographic and housing trends, has examined tourism impacts on Arizona communities, and has participated in numerous market and economic development studies. In addition, Mr. Ripley has analyzed General Plan industrial land use for several rapidly growing cities, has completed multiple studies on the local condominium market, and is familiar with affordable housing issues and initiatives.

Mr. Ripley has a Bachelor of Science in both Economics and Marketing from Arizona State University with a Certificate in International Business as well as a minor in Political Science with special emphasis on international relations.
